The HR department is her kingdom. She has been accountable for this section of our Law Firm and has been successfully managing it for a number of years. The range of her competences and talents is extremely wide: she designs, lays out and supervises current HR processes implemented at our Law Firm, she also handles everything related to the calculation of remuneration: from employment contracts and civil law contracts up to preparing declarations addressed to ZUS, the Inland Revenue, PEFRON (The State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People) or GUS (Central Statistical Office). She is constantly updating her knowledge of HR and payroll problems as well as labour legislation.
With her extensive experience, Agnieszka is perfectly capable of handling any problems occurring at the HR department, i.e. takes care of the working environment and employees, and makes sure they stay motivated and effective; she also prepares contracts, annexes and personal files. It is Agnieszka who our employees refer to in order to learn the extent of their holiday leave entitlement.
